SHIPPING TIMES AND COST

We offer worldwide 7 days standard shipping through DHL, UPS and DPD (domestic deliveries) 

We do not ship to PO Boxes. 
Our delivery costs may differ depending on the currency in which you wish to pay, size and weight of your ordered product. 
You will receive a shipping confirmation email with delivery details once your order has been delivered to the courier. 
Orders are processed and shipped on business days within 3 working days, excluding local holidays: 1st January, 6th January, 10th April, 1st May, 3rd May, 8th June, 15th August, 1st November, 11th November, 25th December, 26th December.
Our courier delivers from Monday to Friday during business hours. Kindly note that delivery to rural addresses can result in longer delivery times. NOIR cannot be held responsible for delays in shipments caused by any circumstances beyond the control of NOIR.
Please note that orders above 2500 USD shipped to the United States require a formal customs clearance. DHL/UPS may contact you to retrieve your federal Tax ID or a social security number in order to complete the delivery to your doorstep.
 
TAX AND DUTIES
Please note that shipping could incur customs charges imposed by the Customer's national tax/customs authorities. 
For orders placed in USD, EUR or GBP, we offer DDP (Delivery Duty Paid), where import taxes and duties will be collected at checkout on behalf of the Customer's national authorities. For DDP shipments DHL will be responsible for customs clearance and the parcel will be delivered directly to the shipping address.
For orders placed in PLN outside of the EU duties and taxes are not included and they shall be borne directly by the Customer upon the parcel's arrival in the destination country.
 
 
REFUSED DELIVERY 
If an order is refused at delivery you will not be refunded shipping costs and any duties and taxes incurred. We strongly urge you to review your order prior to shipment.
 
 
RETURN POLICY
You can return any item purchased on NOIR within 7 days of receiving your order. To be eligible for a return, all items must be in their original condition, with all original tags and their respective packaging. Merchandise that has been worn, used (washed, soiled, having a strong smell of cigarettes), altered, or damaged will not be accepted. Please use the original packaging included in your shipment to return any item.

If there is an error with your order or faulty products, please send images to our customer service mailbox info@noir-nyc.com
Please include your phone number & order number in the body of the email as well. Make sure to take pictures of the parcel received and keep the package for further inspection by our carrier. Our customer service department will get in touch with you to provide assistance as soon as possible. 
Please note that the costs and risks involved in the return of items are borne by the sender. NOIR cannot be held responsible in the event of loss, theft, or damage of the parcel. Parcels for which the Customer’s identification (surname, first name, address, and a tracking number) is not possible shall be refused. We will refund you the full price of the returned product but not the shipping charge. For international orders, any duties and taxes paid are also nonrefundable. Your order will be refunded once it is delivered back to us with a deduction of all associated shipping and tax fees. 
NOIR holds the final right to determine the validity of the return or exchange. 
Pre-ordered items are not eligible for returns.

  • Return request submitted past 7 days of receiving merchandise
  • Missing accessories, garment has been washed, missing garment tags
  • Odors such as but not limited to perfume, smoke, sweat, etc. 
  • Makeup and/or lipstick stains, dirt, watermarks, discoloration on fabric
